Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

1) Return Conditions:

①　Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

②　Items marked as sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

③　Returns that don't meet our criteria may be rejected or partially refunded.

④　Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⑤　You are responsible for return shipping costs.

2) Refund Method:

①　All eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

②　Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Order Issues

1) Didn't Want Your Product After Receiving It?

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

2) Didn't Receive Your Package?

Confirm your shipping address, check with neighbors or building staff, and verify with the carrier (as they sometimes scan early). If you still haven't received your package, please contact us.

3) Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

Please reach out within 30 days of delivery with: your order number and photos of the item(s) and packaging. We'll make it right.

Payments & Discounts

1) We accept major payment methods, including:

①　Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, DinersClub, JCB, PayPal, etc.

②　Select regional payment options (based on country)

2) Promo codes can be entered during checkout and must be used within their valid period.

3) Promo codes cannot be applied:

①　After an order is placed

②　With other offers

③　To shipping costs, taxes, or gift cards

4) We do not offer price adjustments for past orders.
